B172 Recall Campaign Bulletin was issued for “Sealing Washer, Large (Part # 3H-550) Front Brake Hose Banjo Bolt for the MG Midget.
As the bulletin notes, during regular production inspection, it was identified that some copper washers, specifically part # 3H-550 may not have been annealed and this could potentially cause a loss of brake fluid.
